Monday’s clouds were like Cultured Pearls

Cultured Pearl, Monday, TLC

This has been a week full of sky inspired looks: we had the Sunset on the Beach, yesterday’s New England Rain, and today is a look inspired by the clouds in the sky. It’s still raining nonstop in New England, so maybe tomorrow I’ll do a look inspired by the SUN. Wishful thinking, right?

The colors used today:

  • Cultured Pearl
  • Monday
  • TLC
  • Clarins Eyeliner
  • Optimist blush
  • BE Pretty Amazing lipcolor in Charisma
  • Buxom lipgloss in Hope

On the eyes:

  • Cultured Pearl foiled all over from lash to brow, heavier on inner lid
  • Custom blend of Monday/TLC/Cultured Pearl patted on outer lid, starting at mid-lashes and angling out
  • Custom blend swept under lower lashes
  • Clarins eyeliner along upper lashes, then blended with Heavenly Liner brush
  • Buxom mascara – one coat

I'm finally figuring out this makeup thing in my 30's. It's so much fun to collect and play with new colors and styles. I'm not a makeup artist, and far from it. I welcome any comments and tips you have!
